I have no clue who'll win the next one Spoilers I don't know how to exactly gauge there speed or strength, but Blake does have abilities. Her semblance could provide as an escape for any potential attacks from Mikasa. I believe Mikasa's best strength feat is lifting several train tracks at once. And assuming bullets in the RWBY verse are normal bullet speed, then Blake is fast enough to black and dodge gunfire. Other then that I don't know exactly.
